Shipping to Canada and the UK are available at flat rates in the checkout and include applicable duties. Customer may be responsible for import taxes. Please note, orders to Canada and the UK are final sale.
Please note - we do not ship to PO Boxes.
Ground orders should be received within 5-8 business days.
For FedEx 2-day service, please choose the upgraded shipping option at checkout ($20 charge applies). Any shipping charges are non-refundable.
We're happy to accept returns for all tagged, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and damage-free merchandise that is not marked final sale within 14 days of receipt of your order.
Please note all styles marked "FINAL SALE" cannot be returned for a refund, exchange, or store credit.
In addition, by using any promotion codes of 25% off or greater, your order becomes final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
To return an item, please follow the following steps:
1. CLICK HERE to go to the AVEC LES FILLES Return Center.
2. Complete the returns process by entering your email address. You will be sent an email confirming your request and follow the instructions.
3. In the email click “Start a Return”.
4. Confirm the item being returned, the reason for return and your address.
5. Print the pre-paid USPS label and place on the box.
6. Drop off the box at any Post Office.
Once we receive your package in our fulfillment center, your refund will be processed in the original form of payment. You will be notified by email when the refund has taken place and can take 5 to 10 business days for processing.
Please note that we do not offer exchanges. You must return your item and place a new order for the correct item.
International returns will be from the buyer's expense.
